Based on a 1789 recipe, this absinthe uses two types of wormwood, one commonly available and the other sourced from our own five specially grown bushes. Therefore, supply is limited and seasonal. Traditionally, absinthe was undiluted but this absinthe should not be consumed undiluted as the alcohol strength around 75%
